Chicken with vegetables
Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon paprika
3-4 tablespoons cream
3-4 peppers
2 tomatoes
17 oz (½ kg) potatoes
½ bunch of parsley
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the chicken in pieces;
- Brown the chicken pieces, the onion and the peppers in the butter and oil;
- Add salt and paprika;
- Add warm water and cover the dish, mixing in time to time and adding water;
- Cut the potatoes and add them to the chicken. After 10 min add the tomatoes cut in pieces;
- Mix the cream with few tablespoons of the sauce and add the mixture to the dish;
- Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
Serve the dish with white wine and stewed rice.
