Chocolate Martini
Martini is not a specialty of the Island, but the English will never refuse a glass of martini, and chocolate martini even less so. It literally takes minutes, little effort and brings infinite pleasure to the refined taste.
To shake up your martini, you will need:
- 1 1/2 shots of vodka
- 1 shot creme de cacao
- Chocolates for garnish
Simply mix together the vodka and creme de cacao with ice in a cocktail shaker until cold. Then, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish the glass with a chocolate, or you can experiment and embellish it with cocktail cherries, or strawberries, or anything you reckon suitable for this beverage. After all, it is vodka we are talking about – not so difficult to find the perfect match for it. Cheers!
