Cake with nuts and raisins
Ingredients:
4 eggs;
1 ВЅ tea cup sugar;
1 tea cup yogurt;
Вѕ tea cup oil;
3 tea cups flour;
1 teaspoon baking soda;
1 coffee spoon vanilla;
ВЅ grated lemon peel;
3 tablespoons grated nuts;
2 tablespoons raisins;
Preparation:
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them.
Add the sugar and continue to beat.
Put the baking soda in smaller bowl together with the yogurt and mix them.
Add the yogurt with the soda into the bowl with eggs and sugar.
Add the oil and the vanilla.
Add the flour and mix everything with a mixer.
Put the grated lemon peel.
Dry very well the raisins, mix them with the nuts and powder them with a little bit of flour and add them n to the bowl. Mix everything.
Lightly grease the baking dish with butter and spoon the mixture in it.
Bake in oven at 180В° C .
Sugar the cake with powder sugar before serving it.
