One can argue if you get any hot summer in England, but when July comes we all turn to fresh berries. Here is a fantastic dessert for the summer months wherever you are.

Here are the necessary ingredients:

• 25 good sized strawberries
• 6 fl oz (185 ml) milk
• Dark or white chocolate
• 25 cocktail sticks
• Р… grapefruit covered in foil

To start with, wash the strawberries carefully and remove all green from them. Break the chocolate into smallish pieces and melt it in a bowl over a pan of hot water or in the microwave.

Spear each strawberry with a cocktail stick until secure and dip the tip into the melted chocolate. Twirling it on the stick should avoid any drops but don’t worry if you make some mess around, it’s unavoidable. And finally stab the cocktail sticks into the foil-covered grapefruit to serve. What you have is a delicious hedgehog of vitamins.
