– 17-18 oz (500 g) of lean pork fillet
– salt, black pepper, allspice, caraway, nutmeg, clove

– 2 onions
– 3-4 cloves of garlic
– 2 tomatoes
– 2 hot peppers
– 1 bunch of fresh parsley stems
– 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

First, boil the beef in a little water together with the spices and a thinly sliced chile pepper. When the meet has become soft but not overcooked, strain it off and mince it to get fresh forcemeat.
