Boiled pork A La fried bananas from Nicaragua

Are you wondering where to find a fascinating and unique recipe with tender pork fillet? Well, we can probably help you with a recipe with which cooking will come naturally to you. Check if you have the following products in the fridge and get ready to go:

- 17-18 oz (500 g) of lean pork fillet
- salt, black pepper, allspice, caraway, nutmeg, clove
- hot pepper
- ВЅ cup of olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 hot peppers
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley stems
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 spoonfuls of fresh butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas

First, boil the beef in a little water together with the spices and a thinly sliced chile pepper. When the meet has become soft but not overcooked, strain it off and mince it to get fresh forcemeat.

Then come the vegetables: stew two finely chopped onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic, two peeled and diced tomatoes, two finely chopped chile peppers and one finely chopped bunch of parsley. Pour these in a pot and place the minced meat seasoned with one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 glass of white wine and 2 table spoons of fresh butter.

Stew the dish at a low temperature and stir two eggs into the sauce to bind it. Serve the pork while still hot with fried banana slices.
