Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
For the batter:
- 9 oz (250 g) ground nuts
- 12 (350 g) powdered sugar
- 10 whites
For the cream:
- 10 oz (300 g) chocolate
- 5 yolks
- 17 oz (500 g) sugar
- 1 teacup milk
Preparation:
- Mix ground nuts and powdered sugar in a bowl and add the whites. Stir well the mixture. Divide the mixture in some smaller bowls.
- Pour the content of each bowl in a baking pan and bake it in oven.
- The baked batter layer has to be removed from the baking pan hot.
- Put chocolate, yolks, sugar and milk in a pot , put it on hot plate and mix until boil.
- Let the cream become cold.
- Spread the layers with the cream and put them one on top of other. Spread the rest of the cream on the top of the cake and sprinkle with ground nuts.
