Easy tomato soup with caramel
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 3-4 cubes or 1 tablespoon of sugar ;
- 35 oz (1 kg) of tomatoes;
- Вѕ cup of vermicelli or noodles.
Heat up the sugar with the oil until it melts down and turns brown. Now peel the tomatoes and grate them to get tomato sauce. If needs be, add ВЅ cup of water and whisk the substance.
Pour the tomatoes in the pan with the caramel and add some water to get the necessary quantity of soup. As soon as it boils, salt it and add the vermicelli/noodles. Season this amazingly easy soup with dill and parsley.
The combination of sugar and tomatoes, which contain as much sugar as honey does, results in this delightful taste. Check it out.
